Hannah Forrester founded Alchemy of Plant & Sol began with a love and devotion to Nature.

Hannah has been urged from a deep purpose to bring connection to Nature and inspire natural beauty through botanical skincare. She recognises the spiritual connection of how aromas touch our soul deep within and externally with our environment we wander.

Alchemy of Plant & Sol is a farmgrown and wildcrafted herbal apothecary based in the mountains on Bundjalung country, northern NSW, Australia.

Handcrafting slow-brewed herbal infusions that bring health, vitality and awareness to spirit, mind and body.

Garden

Each creation begins its journey in the garden or wild landscape. The garden is our guide and greatest source of inspiration. Herbs are grown lovingly at home, wildcrafted from Nature and sometimes sourced from other carefully tended gardens, never needing the use of chemicals.

Harvest

We take the time to harvest in honor of the spirit of the plant. Each plant has its unique way to be worked with throughout the drying process - from being tied in bunches and hung from the rafters, or in baskets that are carried outside and in to dry best with the forces of nature.

Alchemy

Once the plants are well prepared, they begin the stages of alchemy, where they are infused in an intentional blend of organic and ethically sourced plant oils.

Traditional herbal folklore and the principles of alchemy weave a common thread amongst the magic, embracing the greater powers of the cosmos.

Creation

Crafting comes from a deep place of intuition, listening and feeling. Each creation being a reflection or expression of a landscape, a feeling, a situation or in honour and devotion of Nature. Each creation then encompasses not just one purpose, but reaches to include the dynamic range and wholistic nature of life itself.
