Shipping Domestic

Items ordered and paid for will be packed and posted within 2–5 business days.

Shipping International

Yes we ship over the seas!

International packages will be packed and posted 2-5 business days after receiving the order. Please note that expected arrival time depends on location and also the time in which it takes to pass through customs.

If customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges.

Returns

Please be in touch if you have not received your order or if it is not what you were expecting.

We will try our best to resolve any issues that may present.

Please keep in mind that the products are handmade, grown with the seasons and 100% natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (such as slight changes on colour or setting).

Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at plantandsol@gmail.com. We will replace any damaged items that are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.

Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

In some circumstances, a replacement or a shop credit will be offered. Please send us an email at plantandsol@gmail.com with any concerns about your purchase so we can work something out. 

Please note that Alchemy of Plant and Sol is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns + exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Alchemy of Plant and Sol.
